Vouloir C'est Pouvoir CBC (VP Rwanda) , also known as Work Together is the Key of Success (WTKS), is a community-focused organization committed to empowering young people, women, and communities.

We work across youth development, women's empowerment, education, creative and green media, innovation, community wellbeing, social inclusion, and awareness.

Through practical training, awareness campaigns, media production, community initiatives, and partnerships, we create opportunities for people to develop skills, express their voices, build confidence, and contribute positively to their communities.

OUR STORY

Built on a belief in people.

VP Rwanda grew from a simple belief: people have the potential to create positive change when they are given opportunities, support, knowledge, and the confidence to act.

The organization was established to create practical opportunities for young people and women while responding to social and economic challenges within communities.

Rather than simply identifying problems, we believe in working with communities to understand their realities, develop solutions, and turn ideas into meaningful action.

Founder & Leader

Vestine's leadership journey is rooted in a belief that women and young people can become powerful agents of positive change when they have access to opportunities, skills, confidence, and support.

Through Work Together is the Key of Success, she has led initiatives focused on women and youth empowerment, education, community awareness, vulnerable children, savings groups, and creative storytelling.
